HOW TO REGISTER:
The deadline for Main Stage and Showcase Production entry to the festival has now past, but we are still accepting Individual Registrations. There is no deadline for Individual Registrations. Spots for audience members and non-performing participants will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals may register in advance, or purchase Individual Rounds at the door.

All Registrants must check-in at the registration table and receive your name badge before attending any part of the festival. (including load-ins/tech)
The registration table will open:
11:00 am Thursday, July 15
7:30 am Friday, July 16
7:30 am Saturday, July 17
Main Stage and Showcase Registrations must send in the following materials:
1. Three (3) copies of the Main Stage competition script. (RETURN RECEIPT requested)
2. Proof of the following:
- The author’s/agency’s permission to perform the production, as performed
Suggestion: It is wise to obtain performance permission for all three levels of competition prior to the state festival.
- Royalties paid for your performance at the festival
- Any other legal requirements to perform the piece at the festival
3. Registration Forms - (or complete the Online Registration - see above)
4. Payment, (deadline May 15, 2010) or if you pay online, your PayPal confirmation receipt.

Deadlines:
PART A:
Payment & Pre-Registration Deadline: To reserve your performance slot, payment for Main Stage and Showcase performances must be received no later than May 15, 2010. Companies will be placed in their performance slots according to preference in the order in which payment is received. Space is limited, so be sure to get your registrations in early.
PART B1, B2:
Materials Deadline for Main Stage & Showcase Productions: Your registration materials must be postmarked no later than June 15, 2010.
PART B3:
Individual Registrations: There is no deadline for Individual Registrations. Spots for audience members and non-performing participants will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Individuals may register in advance, or purchase Individual Rounds at the door.
PART C:
You may mail in your Actor Eligibility Forms with the rest of your registration materials, or turn them in at time of registration. Deadline: July 15, 2010.
